I am pleased with all aspects of the work.  I especially liked the way the workers were willing to discuss the work as it proceeded.  The project manager, Rich, was particularly easy to talk to and willing to make adjustments to the job so that all parties would be pleased.  In the past I have had the bad experience of having to manage the project myself and having the workers unavailable; this was not the case with UDI.
