The project manager was very nice.  Since I was unable to go to the basement he took pictures to show me and explained what was being done.  The worker who came with him was friendly and always had a smile on his face.

Very responsive to my concerns. Answered every question I had. Crews were very courteous and prompt. Crews were very neat each evening. The job was left spotless and clean. Crew notified us every day upon arrival and departure. The crews even worked in extreme cold.
