I appreciate the flow of information that came from United Dynamics every step of the way – from the time I met Jeff at the site for an evaluation and estimate all the way through to scheduling and completion. I was never left wondering and uninformed.
Job was completed in a day. Crew came from another job, took a few minutes to eat lunch and then went to work. I would use UDI again (hope I don’t have to) and would refer them to anyone who asked about my repairs. From office workers to your crew, this UDI is tops.
The wall looks great! John did a very professional job of answering my questions when he came to bid the job and my husband was pleased with the time he spent answering probably the same questions on the phone. His follow up calls were courteous - not high pressure. We really appreciated him working with us on the price.
