Keep Him Right Where He Is
In sports, when a team has been established, the familiarity between teammates usually plays a large role in the level of success they enjoy. Tirso Flores celebrates his 5th anniversary with UDI today. Most of that time has been spent with one of our Senior Project Managers, Bob Tameris. Bob would like to keep it that way. When asked to describe Tirso, Bob replied, “He’s a fast learner and we need to keep him right where he is.”
The team of Bob and Tirso certainly get a lot of accolades from our clients. For example …
Othel B. says, “Bob, the project manager, kept me informed and did a good job. Tirso wanted to please and just kept going in the extreme heat (95 – 97 degrees with a heat index well over 100). I was well pleased.“
Danny H. added, “Bob & Tirso worked hard and steady on the job each day. They were very informative about what they were doing. As for Tirso, he is a hard working young man and he is a great asset to the team. Great job. They also did some extra tuckpointing on the other part of the house.”
Fred M. offers, “Bob & Tirso did a great job. They were there at 9am everyday, worked hard all day, very friendly and efficient. Answered all our questions when job was done … you couldn’t tell any work was done. Clean up was great.”
The entire UDI team celebrates Tirso’s anniversary today!
