We are celebrating something much more special than April Fools Day. In fact, it is about as far removed from a practical joke as I can imagine.

We take customer service very seriously at United Dynamics. The man who is in charge of ensuring that is always the end result is Howard Byrd. He is the Vice President of Perma Dry, Inc. and the Service Division Manager for our entire operation.

Today is his 20^th anniversary with the company.

Howard is blessed with not only a vast knowledge of all of our systems, but also the practical wisdom to know how they work and how they can best be utilized in any situation. His responsibilities, which also include the scheduling of jobs, are as demanding as anyone with our company; yet he still can remember the details of a house he was in 15 years ago. He provides advice to other representatives and exact instructions to the project managers. He is also consistently the leader in the number of jobs sold annually. The owner of the company often marvels at everything Howard does.

He is also a husband, a father of two, and has served in his community in several capacities.

We are so grateful that Howard has been with us for 20 years and we look forward to celebrating 20 more. Thanks, Howard!
