Just to let you know that everything is dry in our basement this morning – after about an inch of rain fell early this morning.  Your guys did a great job. They thoroughly cleaned out the cracks before applying the new layer of hydraulic cement instead of trying to patch the existing. It was a totally new application. As for the outside work I can not tell that they were even here-a very neat job.  Thanks for standing behind your warranty. Despite what a lot of companies write in their warranties, there is often a problem getting the warranty enforced. All it took for UDI is one e-mail to you, and it gets done, correctly. I will continue to recommend UDI to others.
