I was very satisfied.  Patrick came out to look at the situation in a timely manner.  Our quote was prepared quickly and work was scheduled in a reasonable amount of time.  The workers who showed up seemed very knowledgeable and worked extremely hard.  Very happy as long as there are no more leaks.

UDI accommodated our schedule, which we really appreciated. Tirso was able to repair the concrete so that we didn't have to do any additional work, even matching the composite in the front. The landscaping Tirso moved was replanted beautifully. I really appreciate that Howard told it like it was and didn't "up-sell" the project as other bidders did.
