Rich was very courteous. They did a nice job, explained everything to me well, finished on time, and left the site neat. They had problems getting the house leveled off as well as they hoped, but is was not their fault and they certainly improved the settling situation.
I was very impressed with Howard's level of response to our needs. He works extremely well with his team. At a very stressful time our expectations were exceeded. I would definitely recommend UDI to others in our situation.
