I am really glad we had Poncho, Glenn and Cosme doing almost all the work! They were all extremely courteous, friendly, very informative, hard working, and had work standards that met my personal standards! They also were very good about cleaning up each day. I am 100% glad we chose UDI and not the other two firms I considered. I believe Joshua is the better foundation expert by a significant degree. Also, I believe Joshua has taught Poncho very well and I trust them both to manage the most important structural part of our house. Thanks UDI and I do hope the work lasts a lifetime.
