I appreciate the flow of information that came from United Dynamics every step of the way – from the time I met Jeff at the site for an evaluation and estimate all the way through to scheduling and completion. I was never left wondering and uninformed.
Your workers were very courteous and did an excellent job cleaning up. Also seemed to be very careful not to do any damage to other areas of the home (put plastic down, carried debris etc. out the window vs. tracking through the house when appropriate).
The crew you sent us got right to work … never stood around or killed time. Did what they had to and cleaned up after all work was completed. This crew is to be commended for the way they worked and what was expected of them.
Very pleased with the service. John was prompt in returning all calls and scheduling the estimate and date of repair. Nick & Ignacio were very polite and worked quickly and efficiently. My basement looks great! I would definitely recommend to family, friends and co-workers.
